I Take This Everyday!

This is the perfect multivitamin! I am always low on vitamin d and wanted to find something to help. This vitamin is not too much and is just enough. Sometimes if I take too strong of a multivitamin I get alittle sick. I have had no issues with this one. Highly recommend!!

Seed Oils!!!!!!!!

I want to love Asprey and his message. I like how honest and unashamed he is. But I cannot support his company (never purchased any of his stuff) for this one simple reason: he knowingly puts inflammatory ingredients like seed oils in his products. Both palm kernel oil and sunflower oil are seed oils, high oxidizing and extremely inflammatory. Anyone wanting to lead a bulletproof lifestyle would want to steer clear of those. And I guarantee you Asprey himself does not take this particular supplement of his. He’s not eating inflammatory seed oils, but his unsuspecting and trusting customers will buy this product thinking it’s something Asprey himself would consume. It’s not. Don’t buy it. Buy ADK Evail instead. No sense in consuming nasty ingredients when you can spend your money on a product that isn’t trying to poison you.
