This is the best brand of Berberine..

So, a few months ago I tried a completely different brand of berberine that Id thrown in the trash because it gave me horrid, explosive diarrhea constantly and at all hours of the day. It was bright yellow (like berberine is). I had lost 12 pounds with the first try. Once the bowel issues settled, I figured I try this again, but a different brand and so I had heard good things about Thorne. Ordered and have lost an additional 4 more pounds and I dont have the terrible bathroom issues (only every now and then). It did make me feel sick starting it the first day or two, but subsided after that.I highly recommend Thorne. I feel like this brand of berberine is some of the best and pure. It puts me in a good mood, gives me energy and lowers my appetite. 5 stars from me!
